Extraordinary brings together lodges, hotels and resorts across Southern Africa. A guest might first meet us through a reservations enquiry, at a city hotel reception or beside a guide on a morning drive.

A portfolio shaped by place

We have curated the collection since 2009. A city hotel and a safari lodge call for different local knowledge, even when the welcome feels equally familiar.

Sales, marketing, reservations, finance and operations support the property teams. Together they connect what a guest is promised when booking with what happens on arrival.
