In-house learning
In-house sessions fit around lodge operations. Depending on the team, they can cover guiding, first aid, housekeeping, butler service, culinary skills, therapy and management.
Specialist off-job training
Chefs, spa therapists and guides may also train with external partners. Department heads and Human Resources plan specialist training around the skills each team needs.
Development and progression
As you gain experience, speak with your manager about the skills you want to practise and the responsibilities you would like to take on.
