Diverse Training Approaches

To support this commitment, Extraordinary has implemented two types of training: in-house and off-job training. In-house sessions are scheduled when operations allow and cover areas such as management, guiding, first aid, therapy, housekeeping, butler services, and culinary skills. For more specialised skills, off-job training is provided through external partners for roles like spa therapists, chefs, and guides. These programmes are coordinated by department heads in collaboration with the Human Resources team and are carefully planned ahead of the financial budgeting process.

Accredited Training Standards

All training programmes are conducted by institutions accredited by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) or similar regulatory bodies, ensuring that the training meets national standards of quality and professionalism.
